By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you use the Services for an entity, you represent you have authority to bind that entity.
Provide accurate information and maintain the security of credentials and 2FA. You are responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend or terminate for security, abuse, or legal reasons.
Prices, billing cycles, and usage limits are set in pricing pages or order forms. Trials/beta may change or end at any time. Fees are non-refundable unless required by law or expressly stated. Prices may change with prior notice. You are responsible for taxes.
No unlawful activity, infringement, spam, malware, privacy violations, unauthorized scraping, or high-risk use without safeguards. Do not reverse engineer, disclose prohibited benchmarks, or resell without consent. We may apply rate limits and content safety controls.
You own your content and grant us a license to process it to provide/improve the Services. Subject to law and third-party rights, you own outputs generated for you. We and our licensors own the Services, software, models, documentation, and brand. Feedback may be used without obligation.
Each party protects the other’s confidential information and uses it only as necessary to perform the agreement.
We process personal data as described in the Privacy Policy and the DPA (where applicable).
Integrated third-party services are governed by their own terms.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Services. SLAs, if any, are defined in separate agreements; beta/trials carry no SLA.
The Services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Total liability will not exceed fees paid in the 12 months before the claim (or $100 for free use).
You will defend and indemnify us against claims arising from your content, misuse of the Services, or breach of these Terms.
You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate for material breach, risk, or legal requirements. Upon termination, accrued fees remain due; we provide reasonable data export assistance.
Wyoming law (USA), excluding conflicts rules. Binding individual arbitration (AAA/JAMS) in Sheridan, WY. Waiver of class actions and jury trials. Courts may grant injunctive relief.
You must comply with U.S. export control and sanctions laws.
We may update these Terms; continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
